Balcony Party Hostel sits on the second floor of a building that houses a disco, nightclub, and cabaret on its lower levels, with music playing until 04:00 hrs daily. The hostel is 1 minute from Ao Nang Beach and directly on the main street, surrounded by 7-Eleven stores, massage salons, and cafes. Guests access the hostel by walking through the ground-floor bars and clubs, a setup that separates it from standard quiet accommodations.

The hostel offers private rooms and dormitory beds with air conditioning, each bunk equipped with a reading light and privacy curtains in some rooms. All guests share bathroom facilities, and lockers are available in the dormitory rooms for storing backpacks (bring own lock). Rooms include bunk beds with individual power outlets, and a deposit of 200 THB for the key and 300 THB for a towel is required.

The on-site bar offers cheap drinks, pool tables, and regular pub quizzes, pub crawls, bar olympics, and other games throughout the day. Guests receive free shot vouchers for each night of their stay, and the hostel organizes an evening pub crawl that ends at the downstairs club. A rooftop terrace with sea views serves as a daytime social area, while the nightclub below keeps the party going until early morning.

Complimentary breakfast is provided to all guests regardless of booking method and includes coffee, tea, eggs, toast, yogurt, cookies, bread, and fruit.
